1 can of pineapple chunks or tidbits
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup veggies of choice
For serving (optional): 1/2-1 cups of cooked rice- white, brown, jasmine, etc. (rice quantity dependent on current goals)

Preparation:
Step 1
Season chicken breasts/thighs with jerk seasoning, garlic powder along with salt & pepper to taste. Cook chicken to your preference until it reaches 165 degrees (air fryer, skillet, oven).

While chicken is cooking, prepare your choice of veggies along with 4 servings of rice.
Step 3
